Brain Pop: www.brainpop.com
This is a very interactive and fun website full of cartoon videos covering every topic and unit imaginable! :D If at any time during the year you want or need more information on a topic we're covering, I can almost guarantee that Brain Pop will have a video that helps! Some of the videos are free and can be accessed at anytime, and some require you to log in. For the duration of the school year, you will be able to use the school login information to access those videos.

This is a great site! It offers homework help in math, science, English, social studies, world languages and through stories and games. There is also a WebMath section, which has step-by-step help and examples for almost every math topic covering all grades. This is a great site to remember once you're in middle school.
Study history through pictures! :) This site has gathered photos through the decades and organized them by events, so you can learn about history while looking at it! Follow the pictures through timelines, maps, and slideshows to gain a deeper insight into our past.

Get ready to combine music and science with these fun videos!! Mr. Parr is a science teacher that has taken many, many science concepts and put the information to a tune so that it's fun and easy to learn and remember. The link is to his YouTube channel. Several of the videos will be referenced throughout the year, and feel free to explore the rest of the videos!

This website has 25 experiments that can be done with supplies you can find at home. I recognize several of the experiments from when I was in school. Each link takes you to a page that has brief background information, materials, and detailed instructions. Many times, there are pictures included too. Remember: ALWAYS HAVE AN ADULT WITH YOU!!

This is another site with learning games. It is divided into 4 sections: math, reading, fun, and playground—almost like an actual school! :) Each section has games and activities of various kinds including books, comics, mad libs, and tic-tac-toe.
